Jacob N. O’Donnell

Biography

Jacob N. O’Donnell’s practice is devoted to advocating for clients primarily consumer
protection and fraud. With experience in all phases of litigation, Mr. O’Donnell partners with
firm clients to strategize from intake to resolution while ensuring that they are well-informed
throughout the process.

Mr. O’Donnell earned his undergraduate bachelor’s degree in political science from the
University of California, Santa Barbara. Mr. O’Donnell then went on to attend Southern
California Institute of Law on a scholarship, earning a bachelor’s degree in law and a Juris
Doctorate, graduating cum laud and valedictorian.

Mr. O’Donnell began his legal career in 2020 as a Provisionally Licensed Attorney
practicing in criminal defense and civil litigation. In his practice, Mr. O’Donnell is committed to
guiding clients through complex legal issues with empathy and precision, drawing on his
experience to provide personalized, effective solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Mr. O’Donnell is a member of several private and professional associations, including the
National Eagle Scout Association, the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity International, Southern
California Institute of Law Alumni Association, California State Bar Association, California
Lawyers Association and Santa Barbara County Bar Association.
